Caistor Parish Church Council hosted a Supper at Caistor Town Hall on September 27th to say “Thanks4Giving” to everyone who contributed to the life of our Church in many and varied ways, not only financially but also with their “Time and Talents”.
Around 80 people enjoyed a glass of wine and a buffet supper before tackling a quiz produced by the Vicar.
The Vicar, Canon Ian Robinson, said, “Canon Judy McMann, The Revd Catherine Wylie, the Church Wardens and PCC and I wanted to express our gratitude to everyone who helps make Caistor Parish Church such a special place. We deliberately made no charges for the evening (not even a raffle!) because we didn’t want folk to think we were just after their money. This was a genuine way of saying “Thanks4Giving” and have a enjoyable evening as well.
We are grateful to the team who produced the buffet for the evening.
